At the Arab Art Fair

Directions

you chose the track
and you picked the shoes
it's the road however
that you don't get to chose

too many directions
but how can you know
when would you leave
and which way to go ?

there's the big castle
shining with dreams
it gets a bit farther
everyday it seems

the flowering tree
that smells of sweet tart
and so many creatures
playing the part

traffic lights chasing
the shadows of cars
japanese delights
right by Moroccan bars

and your home is waiting
only you re not sure
if its where you're going
or the reason you left for

and you know if you stop
the noise will be too loud
your heart may well drop
and get lost in the crowd

so just keep on walking
and one day for sure
you heart will be knocking
on your home's front door
